Our approved source-photo policy uses a 60-day period, with qualifying purchases or approval and dispute holds affecting retention. Automatic enforcement is still awaiting verification. See the review Privacy Policy for the exact rules and pending items.

That is the whole job. Every finish is built to hold the face first and the material second, and each craft is checked against your photograph before it reaches you.

It is not a filter over your picture — it is a new piece made from it, so it will not be identical. The likeness should be unmistakable. See for yourself in the gallery: every finish we make, on two sitters.

Use the existing Make It Right service to describe the issue and request a resolution. See Returns & Refunds for the approved policy and enforcement still awaiting confirmation. A Concierge conversation does not authorize a refund.

Upload a photograph, choose an effect and craft personalized artwork. Portraits, Pets and Groups have their own selections and photograph requirements. See the current workshop for available effects.

Requirements vary by series and effect. Groups supports multi-person photographs. Clear, visible faces and good lighting help. Follow the specific validation message for your photograph; there is no blanket one-person-only rule across the service.

A family photograph with children in it, yes. A photograph of a child on their own, no — we will refuse it.

Original-series crafting, Collection Unlocks, Gift Shop generations and physical products are distinct purchases. Check the price and included entitlement before paying. New product-first Gift Shop projects include six free generations, subject to account and photograph limits; legacy projects keep their original allowance.

Print Shop is available through My Collection for eligible artwork. You retain your original photographs and may use crafted artwork commercially, subject to third-party rights and law. Physical products are priced separately.

You will get a note with tracking on the day it leaves the press. We would rather send you that than a guess.

If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us and we will sort it out.

Liten & Co is a small studio in California. We built this because the pictures worth keeping are mostly sitting on a phone, and a portrait of someone you love ought to be an object.

We are in soft launch, which means a small number of people are using it while we get it right. If something is wrong, we want to hear it.
